Returns
You are able to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your journal must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good, resaleable condition. Please also include proof of purchase so we can process your refund using the same payment method and currency used at checkout.
If you’d like to start a return, just email us at goaldate.info@gmail.com. Once we’ve confirmed your request, we’ll share the next steps and the return address.
Sending Your Journal Back
Please pack your journal securely before sending it back to us. For orders worth more than £50, we recommend choosing a tracked delivery service to avoid any issues in transit.
goaldate isn’t responsible for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us, and we may be unable to issue a refund if the returned item isn’t in resaleable condition.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. Please note that return postage costs aren’t refundable.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Your journal should reach you in great condition. If it arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing goaldate.info@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
